A Personal Note From Kathy

I put this EFT Chakra Clearing program together after my personal experience when reading the book, Truth Heals by Deborah King. I kept getting guidance from Spirit that I needed to be doing EFT on the information in the book. I made lots of notes while reading the book and as I did EFT on each Chakra based on my notes, I experienced amazing breakthroughs and healing on many buried non-supportive/limiting beliefs.

WEEK 1

We are tapping on the Root Chakra in week 1 of the 7 week series. The Root Chakra is all about Trust, Safety, Survival and Security.

WEEK 2

We are tapping on the Sacral Chakra in week 2 of the 7 week series. The Sacral Chakra is your Sexual Energy Center. It governs your sensuality, sexuality and emotions. It governs your inner child and it is also your Money Energy Center as well.

WEEK 3

We are tapping on the Solar Plexus Chakra in week 3 of the 7 week series. The Solar Plexus Chakra is your Power Center. It is the source of your will, purpose and action. It is the seat of your self-worth, self-esteem and your personal power.

WEEK 4

We are tapping on the Heart Chakra in week 4 of the 7 week series. The Heart Chakra is the bridge between the upper and lower Chakras and is the source of unconditional love. It is the seat of your giving and receiving, and it is where you express gratitude.

WEEK 5

We are tapping on the Throat Chakra in week 5 of the 7 week series. The Throat Chakra is the Power Center for your Voice and your Choice. It is the authentic and creative expression of who you are, what you feel and what you believe. It is about speaking your truth and is the source of your creative expression.

WEEK 6

We are tapping on the Third Eye Chakra in week 6 of the 7 week series. The Third Eye Chakra is your Source of Intuition or Second Sight. It is the Power Center for Discernment. It is where magical synchronicity happens. The Third Eye Chakra governs inspiration, insight and perception.

WEEK 7

We are tapping on the Crown Chakra in week 7 of the 7 week series. The Crown Chakra is the Source of Awakened Consciousness. It is the Power Center for Connection with Spirit, your Higher Power and the Universe. It is the God Consciousness. It is the regulator of the Visionary Mind.

Chakra Clearing

It was set up as a 7 week series specifically to allow enough time between each Chakra clearing since you may need time to process all the stuff that comes up. When you listen to the recordings, it is important to leave a few days between each Chakra clearing.

After going through it personally and having several friends and family members go through it, Kathy found that you need to allow the body to release the emotional baggage or stuff that comes up. You will be able to go back to any week and re-listen at your convenience and do the EFT Tapping.
