]]> Week 5 was the Bonus week for the Hub Socializer Coaching Series that covered Self-Empowerment and Energy.  We discussed how everything is energy and what we speak, write, think and do sends out an energy signal.  This includes online and offline communication.

Our thoughts and emotions create our reality and I shared more detail about it with the 8 Secrets from my book, Reality TV & You.  I talked about some of the various energy therapy modalities that I’ve been trained on, including EFT, Matrix Energetics, Quantum Entrainment, Qigong, The Sedona Method, The Flower of Life and Radial Forgiveness.

I shared my personal success stories in working with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and then I led the group in a live EFT session on releasing subconscious limiting beliefs and choosing self-empowering thoughts.
